Talk about tiny but tough! I kind of loved this apartment upon first sight but fell even harder when I realized just how small it is. This bachelor pad is both chic AND smart, combining all the amenities of sophisticated city living into a mere 550 square feet. Kudos to homeowner and founder of Desiron, Frank Carfaro, for brilliantly maximizing New York's precious real estate. Fellas, take note.
